According to health regulations, pets cannot be accommodated within the walls of the Thermal Park.

You can check into your room or appartment from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. The room or appartment must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of check-out.

You can check in before the scheduled time at Reception for registration:

• if the room or appartment is ready, you will be given the key immediately.
• In the event that the room or appartment is not yet ready, we will still give our guests access to the services of the Thermal Park.

Even after check-out time, you can stay in the Thermal Park and use its services.

It is important to take into account all contraindications and consult your doctor if you have any doubts. If you have a high-risk pregnancy or a specific medical condition, it is essential to consult your gynaecologist. He or she will be able to advise you based on your specific situation.

What precautions should you take?

•  Avoid temperature changes from too hot to too cold water.
• -Avoid jets that introduce new hot water into the pool. The water temperature is actually higher there.
• -Avoid direct exposure to the water jet of hydromassages in the abdominal area.
• Experts recommend a short immersion time, maximum 10 minutes.

Access to the Sauna Area (sauna, Turkish bath) is always discouraged in order to avoid multiple health risks for the mother-to-be and the foetus.

The internal car park of the Hotel Villa dei Cedri has a free charging station for our guests.

At the time of booking a credit card is required as a guarantee. 7 days before check-in a pre-authorisation of the entire amount of the stay will be made. The pre-authorisation is NOT a debit, it allows you to block the amount in order to verify the validity and the economic coverage of the credit card you provided at the time of booking.

Alternatively, you will be asked to make a bank transfer in the amount of 50% of the entire stay. This option is only valid if check-in takes place at least 5 working days after the date of the bank transfer, so that the actual transfer of the amount can be verified.

Once you have requested the voucher on the Edenred portal, you will receive it by e-mail and you can use it in our facilities:

• Thermal Park Voucher (Voucher Parco Termale): to be presented at the park ticket office.
• Wellness Centre Voucher (Voucher Centro Benessere): to be presented at the reception of the wellness centre upon prior booking.
• Voucher Stay (Voucher Soggiorno): after checking availability at the establishment of your choice, you will be asked to send the voucher before your check-in date.

Tickets in the form of electronic tickets or vouchers giving access to the facilities of Villa dei Cedri are valid for a limited period of time indicated on the tickets, after which the right to use the services expires. No refund is due for unused services.

The Management of Villa dei Cedri reserves the right to extend the validity of the tickets, or part of them if they contain several services/products, as long as they have not yet expired/been used. There is no extension to the validity of special tickets, promotional tickets or tickets purchased from a retailer. The validity can only be extended by one or more months up to a maximum of four months. Extensions are subject to a charge and the cost is determined by the additional time granted and the ticket price in effect at the time of the request.
